Ms. Iarocci has spent over five years with DCA, focusing on: 1) sourcing, analyzing and making investment decisions on private investments across the growth curve, 2) developing and executing on the venture capital strategy, 3) providing strategic financial advisory support services to portfolio companies, 4) developing and launching fund products, 5) analyzing public investments, 6) network and partnership development, and 7) raising capital for DCA’s initiatives.

Prior to DCA, Ms. Iarocci spent five years with Stifel Financial Corp. as an equity research associate analyst covering consumer discretionary brands and retailers. Ms. Iarocci’s experience included public and private company financial modeling and valuation, participation in and development of proprietary research, IPO advisory, and frequent communication and interaction with executive management teams and institutional clients.
